"The message issued by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan that on July 11, from 10:05 to 14:55, the Defense Forces carried out fortification works in the Askeran and Karvachar regions of the Republic of Artsakh, which were allegedly suspended in the occupied territories of the said regions and deployed by Azerbaijani units is another misinformation.
The false statements of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan clearly pursue the goal of justifying the periodic violations of the ceasefire by their own units," said a regular message of the Artsakh Defense Ministry.
