The President of Artsakh wrote a letter to Vladimir Putin

Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan addressed a letter to Russian President Vladimir Putin. Tigran Petrosyan, the chairman of the Anti-Crisis Council of Artsakh, reported this, without publishing the content of the letter.

"The government has sent a letter to Putin, in which the dire situation of the country and the people is presented. I think that if we don't see clear steps from the Russian side tomorrow, silence will be tantamount to destruction. Let's be patient tomorrow, then we have to explode like a volcano, for the sake of our children, for the sake of our dignity," he wrote.
