While answering the deputies' questions, Araik Harutyunyan, the President of Artsakh, stated that there might be pressure on him, the pressure of the people.
"There is no other pressure, and there cannot be, neither by the superpowers, nor by the authorities of Armenia, nor by political groups, nor by political persons, nor by anyone," he said.
At the same time, Harutyunyan noted: "There can be pressure in a case if there is pressure from the people. We have to work so society understands that if there is no sugar after ten days, the women working in the market will not come and say, "What will be the end of this?" Folks, we have to make a decision. Is the main goal for us to have sugar, drink Coca-Cola, have a beer, or achieve our goal? If we want to achieve our goal, we must suffer hardships. Azerbaijan will do everything to divide society. The end will be good, be sure."
