Azerbaijan is doing everything for the Artsakh delegation to visit Baku; Araik Harutyunyan
Araik Harutyunyan, the President of Artsakh, answered the deputies' questions the other day.
Speaking about the work done by the authorities of the Armenian side on international platforms in the current situation, he noted: "If we have a closed road, it means that we still have work to do; there is work to be done by the Armenian authorities, by us, by the Russian peacekeepers. Azerbaijan needs an opportunity to exert another pressure on us. Azerbaijan is doing everything for the Artsakh delegation to visit Baku."
Araik Harutyunyan also said that every word and every material allows the opponent to plan his next step on the political and social platform, "The goal is to oppress to the maximum extent, divide the society, and create waves of dissatisfaction. That's why we must be cautious regarding word construction," he said.
