Azerbaijanis shot at citizens working in the fields; Artsakh Ministry of Internal Affairs
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Artsakh reported that on June 28, around noon, Vahe Arstamyan (born in 1987), a resident of Chartar City, was harvesting with a combine harvester in the area called "64 hectares" of the administrative area of Martuni City when the adjacent Azerbaijani military positions fired at the combine with small arms.
On the same day, around noon, Bakhshi Ghahramanyan (born in 1961), a resident of the village of Gishi, was targeted by Azerbaijani servicemen while carrying out agricultural work with a "Belarus-80" tractor in the district called "Ghurusu" of the administrative area of Charter city.
The latter fired irregularly at him from combat positions with firearms. Agricultural works have been stopped. The message was passed on to the Russian peacekeeping troops.
