Azerbaijanis fired at citizens doing agricultural work in Askeran
On May 5, at 10:55, the Askeran regional police department received a report that A. Vahanyan, while carrying out agricultural work with a tractor, was shot at by Azerbaijani combat positions in the administrative area of Vardadzor village. The Artsakh Ministry of Internal Affairs police report this.
The officers of the Askeran district department, who went to the scene, found out that A. Vahanyan (born in 1971), while carrying out agricultural work in the pomegranate orchard owned by him in the administrative area of the village of Vardadzor, Askeran region, from the adjacent Azerbaijani combat positions, they fired at the tractor with rifles of different calibers, as a result of which the agricultural works were stopped.
The message was passed on to the Russian peacekeeping troops.
