Recently, especially in Martuni and Askeran, there have been frequent reports of target shootings with different caliber rifles from the Azerbaijani combat positions near the work sites, disrupting the proper implementation of agricultural works and targeting civilians working in the fields.
Therefore, taking into account the dangers mentioned above and obstacles caused by the Azerbaijani side, we emphasize that before carrying out agricultural works in the areas adjacent to the contact line, citizens should contact the center through the district administrations to ensure the accompaniment of Russian peacekeepers in all possible cases, the center informs.
