Azerbaijanis shot at a civilian working in the field in Askeran region

On April 5, the Azerbaijani side once again violated the ceasefire regime, targeting Robert Beglaryan, a 48-year-old resident of the Khnapat community of the Askeran region.
The latter, around 16:00, while carrying out agricultural works with his "Belarus-82" tractor in the administrative area of Khnapat village, was targeted by Azerbaijani servicemen.
They fired at the resident of Artsakh from the adjacent combat positions with various rifle weapons, as a result of which the agricultural works were stopped. Materials have been prepared in the Askeran regional police department to present to the peacekeeping forces.
