Azerbaijan spares nothing to depopulate Artsakh, Minister of State

Artsakh State Minister Gurgen Nersisyan stated that Azerbaijan spares nothing to depopulate Artsakh: ethnic cleansing, even genocide.
According to him, Azerbaijan needs Artsakh without Armenians or, at most, with a small number of Armenians, "That's why they are trying to take all measures to depopulate and empty Artsakh."
The Minister of State noted that their capabilities need to be improved to provide full or minimal conditions, "From the very first day of blocking the road, we relied on the help of the Russian peacekeeping forces and the Artsakh representation of ICRC. "All this time, they somehow manage to get food, medicine, and the minimum necessities," he said.
