The Artsakh Ministry of Internal Affairs informs that on March 15, around 11:00 a.m., a report was received at the duty part of the Martuni police district department that three civilians appeared from neighboring Azerbaijani combat positions while doing pruning work in the vineyards adjacent to the area called "Khazazin Tak" in the Amarasi valley, under irregular fire from small arms.
As a result of the shooting, agricultural work was stopped. The information about the incident was passed on to the Russian peacekeeping forces.
