Artsakh human rights defender Gegham Stepanyan wrote on his Twitter page:
"For the 10th day, Azerbaijan has not implemented the decision of the International Court of Justice. Tolerance of such behavior deals an irreversible and discrediting blow to the international architecture of human rights and the legal mechanisms created to ensure it."
