Negotiations can take place only in an internationally recognized format; RA President
The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, received the Union of Officers of the Artsakh Reserve Force.
The head of state presented the military-political situation around Artsakh. It referred to the meeting held on March 1 with the representatives of Azerbaijan with the mediation of the command of the Russian peacekeeping troops stationed in Artsakh.
The President noted that during all the meetings held so far, including the one on March 1, exclusively technical, humanitarian, and infrastructure-related issues were discussed.
"Negotiations regarding the status of Artsakh can take place only in an internationally recognized format and through the realization of the right to self-determination of the people of Artsakh," the president said, emphasizing that the authorities of the republic are committed to the provisions of Artsakh's essential documents and mother law.
The President of Artsakh also answered other questions of interest to the reserve army officers.
