Sputnik Armenia reports that a meeting was held with the participation of the representatives of Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijan, as well as the command of the Russian peacekeeping force. Agreements were reached regarding the restoration of electricity and gas supply in Nagorno-Karabakh.

Negotiations on restoring the unhindered movement of vehicles through the Lachin Corridor are ongoing.
