On February 23, a government meeting was held under Artsakh Republic President Arayik Harutyunyan. At the government meeting, President Harutyunyan also published the decree on the dismissal of Ruben Vardanyan from the post of a state minister.
Arayik Harutyunyan noted that he proposed to assume the duties of the state minister to the Prosecutor General of the Republic, Gurgen Nersisyan, taking into account his vocational and human qualities, professionalism, fairness, righteousness, and patriotism that is shown in his work.
The president informed that all executive bodies would be in the sphere of coordination of the new state minister, except for the power bodies and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
