On February 23, Artsakh Republic President Arayik Harutyunyan participated in the legislative-executive question-and-answer procedure provided by the Constitution within the framework of the plenary session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh.

The head of the country and the government members answered the questions of the deputies, explaining the steps taken to solve the problems caused by the blockade of Artsakh by Azerbaijan.
