7 more medical patients were transferred from Artsakh to Armenia

The information headquarters of the Republic of Armenia informs that due to the blocking by Azerbaijan of the only road connecting Artsakh to Armenia, 7 people from the "Republican Medical Center CJSC" of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Artsakh with severe diseases of the tumor and cardiovascular system, as well as pathologies requiring emergency surgical interventions, today, February 11, with the mediation and accompaniment of the International Committee of the Red Cross, were transferred to the specialized medical centers of RA.

And 1 medical patient, referred to RA for treatment within the framework of the state order, returned to Artsakh with his companion.

Planned surgeries continue to be suspended in the medical facilities operating under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Artsakh. 5 children are in the neonatal and intensive care units in the "Arevik" medical unit.

"In the Republican Medical Center CJSC, 12 patients are in the intensive care unit, 4 of them are in a severe condition. Until today, 90 patients have been transferred from Artsakh to Armenia with the mediation and accompaniment of the International Committee of the Red Cross.
