In Artsakh, the directions and steps of the operational headquarters were discussed. The main activity of the office is aimed at ensuring the everyday life of the population in the situation created by the blocking of the Stepanakert-Goris highway by Azerbaijan, so the organization of interactive and practical work between private companies was emphasized.
The procedure for providing fuel developed by the operational headquarters during the consultation was presented and discussed. Power will be given priority to the public and special services and facilities of vital importance. The State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Artsakh will implement the works provided in the order.
During the consultation, the issues of quick response to the population's problems and providing appropriate information were also discussed.
