Russian peacekeepers are negotiating to open the Stepanakert-Goris road

The command of the Russian peacekeeping troops is negotiating with the representatives of Azerbaijan to open the Stepanakert-Goris road. The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation announced this.

On December 12, around 10:30, the Azerbaijani side closed the only road connecting Artsakh to the world for environmental reasons.
