Ruben Vardanyan convened an urgent working meeting on political protection issues
Minister of State of Artsakh Republic, Head of Civil Defense Ruben Vardanyan held an urgent meeting today with the participation of heads and officials of departments involved in the field of civil defense.
State Minister Ruben Vardanyan informed that under his leadership, an operational headquarters would be created in the government, which will operate 24 hours a day, to coordinate the work in the situation created by the blocking of the road connecting Azerbaijan with Armenia.
Noting that the situation is quite complicated, and Artsakh is under the Azerbaijani blockade, the state minister at the same time emphasized that the government has all the possibilities and potential to control it. He highlights the most organized, coordinated, and disciplined work of state bodies and stresses the importance of operational communication, effective communication between departments and administrative regions, and ensuring proper public awareness.
The heads of the departments reported to the Minister of State the situation in each of their fields, informing them about the available supplies and resources. The Minister of State instructed to make an inventory and provide information about urgent problems.
