As a result of another Azerbaijani provocation, the Republic of Artsakh has been under a de facto blockade for a day, and the rights of thousands of citizens have been violated.
Due to the created situation, the citizens from Armenia to Artsakh spent the night in Goris, some of them, including women and children, in the Lisagor community of the Shushi region.
It should be that at around 10:30 on December 12, the Azerbaijani side, violating the provisions of the tripartite agreement of November 9, 2020, closed the only way of life connecting Artsakh to the world for environmental reasons, violating the vital interests and rights of the civilian population.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs will provide additional information regarding the developments of the situation.
