The Artsakh Ministry of Internal Affairs reports that the interstate highway connecting Artsakh to Armenia remains closed on both sides.
"The Azerbaijani side, grossly violating the norms stipulated by the international humanitarian conventions, once again breaks the fundamental rights and freedoms of Artsakh Armenians.
At the moment, on the Lisagor-Shushi and Stepanakert-Shushi highways, 100 citizens are left on the road, which has been closed since 10:30 a.m. due to environmental reasons," said the message of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.
