"Processes continue." MP from Artsakh about the created situation

The Nagorno-Karabakh Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that the interstate highway connecting Nagorno-Karabakh to Armenia remains closed on both sides.
In order to get a comment, Radar Armenia inquired from Seyran Hayrapetyan, Chairman of the Committee on Defense Affairs of the NK Parliament, whether the MPs have met with Russian peacekeepers or are planning to meet. According to him, the processes are ongoing, whatever is possible is being done.
We tried to find out from the MP from Artsakh whether the news is true that the MPs of the Nagorno-Karabakh National Assembly are not even allowed to approach the Azerbaijanis who blocked the road.
Hayrapetyan said that discussions are also being held on that issue.
