As we already told you, the Azerbaijanis closed the Stepanakert-Goris highway in the intersection section under Shushi-Kari.
The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Artsakh issued a message in which it specifically stated that "the closure of the Stepanakert-Goris highway by Azerbaijan seriously violates international human rights and aims to create a humanitarian disaster in Artsakh."
It has become impossible to transport medical supplies and medicines to Artsakh. Moreover, transferring patients with serious health problems from Artsakh to Armenia has become a severe problem in this case.
We call on the international community and all humanitarian organizations to immediately take appropriate steps to regulate the situation and prevent the impending humanitarian disaster."
