Just to let you know, the Azerbaijanis closed the Stepanakert-Goris highway in the intersection section under Shushi-Kari.
In this regard, Artak Beglaryan, adviser to the Minister of State of Artsakh, wrote in his Telegram channel that Azerbaijan's actions on the Goris-Stepanakert highway are another provocation.
"It is evident that the pretext is planned; under it, an attempt is made to break the only connection between Artsakh and Armenia.
According to tripartite agreements, that connection is provided by the Russian peacekeeping contingent. Thus, the actions of Azerbaijan are directed against the 120,000 population of Artsakh and the peacekeepers.
I hope that road communication will be restored shortly," Beglaryan wrote.
