Azerbaijanis shot at a citizen working in the field near Hats village in Artsakh.

On November 18, at 12:15 p.m., Igor Abrahamyan, a 43-year-old resident of Hats village, applied to the Martuni district police department about the fact that while carrying out agricultural work with a "Belarus" tractor in the area called "Under the Oak" of the administrative area of Hats village, the adjacent Azerbaijani military fired firearms from the position in his direction.
Due to the violation of the ceasefire regime, the works were stopped.
The tire and wheel rim of the tractor were damaged.
There were no casualties among civilians.
The Martuni regional department of the police is engaged in the inspection. Materials are being prepared to present to the Russian peacekeeping troops.
