Araik Harutyunyan paid tribute to the memory of the victims of the 44-day war

On November 9, the President of the Artsakh Republic, Arayik Harutyunyan, visited the military pantheon of Stepanakert and paid tribute to the heroes who were martyred in the third Artsakh war.
The head of the country was accompanied by the head of the presidential staff Karen Shahramanyan, the minister of defense Kamo Vardanyan, the minister of internal affairs Karen Sargsyan.
