Artsakh Defense units did not open fire in the direction of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces

The Armed Forces of Artsakh issued a message informing. "The message spread by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan that allegedly the Defense Forces opened fire on the night of November 8-9 in the direction of the Azerbaijani positions in the occupied territories of the Martuni region of the Republic of Artsakh is another piece of misinformation."
