On November 5, the Askeran regional department of the police received information that around 12:30 a.m. K. Martirosyan (born in 1969), a resident of Stepanakert city, was carrying out works in the area called "100 hectares" belonging to M Arakelyan in the administrative area of Khramort village with a "Belarus" tractor. While carrying out, from the adjacent Azerbaijani combat position, they opened fire from rifle weapons.
The windshield of the tractor and the steering control panel were broken by the shots fired. The data was transferred to the Russian peacekeeping troops.
