Artur Tovmasyan, Speaker of the Artsakh National Assembly, referred to the extraordinary session and rally of the National Assembly to be held on October 30. He announced that he is the organizer of the special session of the National Assembly, with the deputies of all factions of the parliament and the employees of the staff. The organizer of the rally is every citizen of Artsakh who is concerned about the fate of the Motherland.
"On the initiative of all the forces of the Artsakh parliament, an extraordinary session and rally will be held on October 30 at 15:00, dedicated to the dignified and safe future of the Republic of Artsakh. During a large rally, the session will be broadcast live in Stepanakert's Revival Square. After the session, the speeches will continue in the square during the rally. I assure you that the rally's schedule does not contain internal political issues," said Tovmasyan.
