On October 19, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Artsakh Republic Davit Babayan received philanthropist, social and political figure Ruben Vardanyan.
On the same day, Ruben Vardanyan's meeting and discussion with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs took place.
Many issues related to Artsakh's foreign policy, regional processes, and settlement of the Azerbaijani-Karabakh conflict were discussed.
Davit Babayan welcomed Ruben Vardanyan's decision to move to Artsakh and take a direct part in the development and strengthening of Artsakh, emphasizing the importance of that decision from political and moral perspectives.
