On September 9, 2022, Tigran Vladimiri Musayelyan, born in 2002, was transferred to the Artsakh Republican Medical Center with an amputated upper limb. Fortunately, he brought the amputated limb to the medical center.
According to the Artsakh Ministry of Health, under the leadership of microsurgeon Igor Zakaryan and orthopedic traumatologists, an important decision was made to operate on the patient, considering it the most critical issue to return the young man's right to live without defects.
"It was difficult both the operation and the post-operation. But thanks to the efforts of resuscitators, surgeons, and a large medical team, they were able to fight for the most important thing: the patient's life and his limb. We announce that Tigran Musayelyan has been discharged home for further rehabilitation treatment," the statement said.
