The President of Artsakh proposed Ruben Vardanyan take over the post of State Minister

Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan informed that Ruben Vardanyan, a Russian-Armenian businessman who moved to Artsakh, was offered to take over the position of State Minister of Artsakh.

Araik Harutyunyan wrote on his Facebook page, "I would like to inform you about a significant decision I made.

I was among the first to welcome Ruben Vardanyan's decision to move to Artsakh. As a philanthropic, highly experienced, and knowledgeable public figure, I offered him to assume the position of State Minister of the Republic of Artsakh, being ready to provide him with broad powers to make decisions and act.

You can write as long as you can about Ruben and talk about his bold decisions and dedication to the Motherland and the people, but today is the time to act, so I await his decision on my proposal. I hope we will start our cooperation in the coming weeks, and I will inform you about other related details later.

Of course, this does not mean that I do not appreciate the work of the current State Minister Artak Beglaryan as effective. Still, considering the existing challenges, I think it is necessary to unite all national efforts."
