The draft Constitution of the Republic of Artsakh has been put up for public discussion

The professional commission for constitutional reforms attached to the President of the Republic of Artsakh informs that the draft Constitution of the Republic of Artsakh is placed for public discussion in the legal information system of the Republic of Artsakh (arlexis. am).

"Proposals on the draft Constitution of the Republic of Artsakh with their justifications can be submitted to the professional commission for constitutional reforms attached to the President of the Republic of Artsakh by September 30 of this year at 18:00 at the email address constcom@gov.nkr.am.
