The operative headquarters of the government of the Artsakh Republic in RA reported that to temporarily meet the housing needs of people displaced and habitat lost as a result of the 44-day war, those who were not beneficiaries and later recognized as beneficiaries, as well as those beneficiaries who did not manage to apply in the first stage, can use the financial support: from September 12 to 18, inclusive, by registering on the website https://statesupport.am/. 

As beneficiaries of assistance are displaced and habitat lost people who have the right to be registered with the Housing Affairs Committee of the Republic of Artsakh to provide housing, we urge our compatriots who have not yet submitted documents to submit the following documents to the Committee as soon as possible:

✔️ a copy of the passport (with registration page) of an adult person in the family.

Copy of the birth certificate of the minor child.

✔️ a copy of the certificate on allocating a public service license plate to a family member.

✔️ a copy of the marriage certificate (in case of divorce, a copy of the divorce certificate or the court decision on divorce);

✔️ information about the structure of the family.

✔️ reference from permanent registration and actual residence.

✔️ a copy of the ownership certificate of the residential area (including the one lost due to war operations).

✔️ in the case of a family member killed (dead) or recognized as missing, a certificate of the person's death (death) is issued by the military commissariat or the republican executive bodies of defense, internal affairs, and national security of the Republic of Artsakh, or a copy of the court ruling on recognizing the person as missing or dead;

✔️ in cases of a family member being recognized as permanently disabled or having a child with a disability in the family, a copy of the document confirming the disability.

✔️ data on the residential area owned by each family member in the Republic of Artsakh and the Republic of Armenia, as well as the reference(s) on the alienation of the residential area after September 27, 2020;

✔️if necessary, other documents.

There is no need for the program of state assistance beneficiaries to ensure housing affordability for displaced families from individual regions of the Republic of Armenia (to purchase an apartment through mortgage lending in the Republic of Armenia) to submit documents to the Committee.
