On September of 4, Arayik Harutyunyan, the President of the Republic of Artsakh, visited the Armed Forces headquarters and held a service consultation with the high-ranking command of the army.
During the meeting, the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia, Commander of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Kamo Vardanyan, presented the operational situation in the contact line to the President of the Republic and referred to the processes implemented in the defense sector.
At the end of the consultation, Arayik Harutyunyan referred to the upcoming tasks and gave several instructions and recommendations to the present officers.
