The HRD of the Republic of Artsakh has not received any complaints from the residents of Aghavno
Displaced residents of Aghavno complain that the Artsakh government has not yet provided them with certificates for apartment purchase. However, it was previously announced that the residents would receive the certificates by August 25.
In a conversation with Radar Armenia, HRD MP Gegham Stepanyan said that he did not receive any complaints on that issue, and they should further study and understand the problems.
The HRD of the Republic of Artsakh promised to give clarifications after studying the matter.
We tried to contact Hayk Khanumyan, the Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures of the Republic of Artsakh, but our calls remained unanswered.
On August 26, in an interview given to Artsakh Public Television, the Minister of Regional and Regional Development Hayk Khanumyan stated that there is no civilian population in Aghavno, Berdzor, and internal Sus.
