The Main Information Department of the Office of the President of the Republic of Artsakh reported that a regular session of the Security Council was held on August 29 under the leadership of Artsakh Republic President Arayik Harutyunyan.
The issues related to the operation of the new route connecting the Republic of Artsakh with the Republic of Armenia were on the agenda.
Secretary of the Security Council Vitaly Balasanyan, Minister of Internal Affairs Karen Sargsyan, and Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Hayk Khanumyan gave reports.
