After the 44-day war, dozens of serious military clashes took place

After the tripartite statement of November 9, 2020, the Azerbaijani side repeatedly violated the ceasefire regime and used military aggression on the borders of both Artsakh and Armenia. On December 11, 2020, one month after the tripartite declaration, the Azerbaijani armed forces attacked the villages of Hin Tagher and Khtsaberd in the Hadrut region of Artsakh. As a result of several hours of fighting, the Azerbaijani side managed to enter the Old Quarters, approaching Khtsaberd.
