- US-Russian negotiations took place in Riyadh, the focus of which was the cessation of the Russian-Ukrainian war and the establishment of peace. Was it right to hold negotiations without Ukraine's presence?
- There is no right or wrong here. The problem is that two countries signed a document about a third country without that country's participation, which is illegal. However, no document was signed, as two international hooligans did in Moscow in 1921 regarding Armenia: unrecognized Leninist Russia and unrecognized Kemalist Turkey. However, even they understood that it was illegal. In the same year, they forced Sovietized Armenia to sign that illegitimate document in Kars, and they called the Moscow Treaty the Treaty of Kars. I am sure that they will not do the same now in the case of Ukraine. When it comes time to document their agreements, Ukraine will be a signatory. The formal side is still preserved, but the moral side is not.
- Both Trump and Putin are talking about holding new elections in Ukraine. What issue are they trying to solve through the Ukrainian elections? What do they expect from the polls?
- They are trying to solve the problems of Europe and China by making Ukraine the means of payment. It is sad, but thank God we were not the ones raised to the altar this time.
- Zelensky was in Turkey against the backdrop of the Russian-American negotiations. Do you see any connection between the Russian-American negotiations and the Zelensky-Erdogan meeting?
- If you remember, immediately after Zelensky was elected when the inauguration ceremony had not even taken place, he flew to Turkey with his wife. The connection is direct and immediate. Erdogan has earned the status of an international trading partner. As the Gospel says, "Where the beginning was, there will be the end."
- There is an opinion that we are witnessing the establishment of a new world order. Do you share that opinion?
The establishment of a new world order was launched with the collapse of the Berlin Wall and the dissolution of the USSR. But such tectonic changes require decades. The establishment of that new world order will likely be completed under Trump. God willing, there will still be a lot of water to flow, but not blood.
