The meme coin, linked to Trump's name, rose to $74.59 from less than $10 on Saturday morning but fell slightly on Monday. Named $TRUMP, this token, which ethics experts criticize, was last priced at around $33.88.
Trump-linked project World Liberty Financial announced Monday that it had completed its initial token sale, raising $300 million. The project plans to issue additional tokens to expand its financial platform.
