During the extended session of the government on Monday, the President of the National Bank of Kazakhstan, Galimzhan Pirmatov, announced that the testing of the digital tenge technology platform of the national currency had been completed in Kazakhstan. The industrial use of the Kazakh digital currency may begin at the end of 2023.
