Italy saved the game in the last seconds. It continues to fight

The confrontation between Croatia and Italy in the third round of the European Championship's group stage was dramatic.

Until the last seconds of the match, the Croatian team was winning by a narrow margin. This meant that the Croatians would continue the fight, occupying the second position in the group, and the current champion would leave the fight. Luka Modric stood out for the Croatian team in the 55th minute.

However, at the end of the referee's added time, in the 8th minute, Mattia Zaccagni scored for the Italians, gifting the Italian national team a ticket to the playoffs and shattering the Croatians' dream of continuing the fight.
