Karim Benzema has acquired a painting by Pablo Picasso. The Al-Ittihad striker posted a photo on social media of the work of one of Spain's famous artists, captioned "Welcome home."
RMC Sport reports that the Frenchman bought the "Portrait of a Bearded Man," painted in 1964.
The painting was exhibited in early 2025 at the Heli Nahmad Gallery in New York. The sale price was not disclosed, but Picasso's paintings often fetch more than a million euros at auction.
