American actor Tom Cruise will appear in the next film from Mexican director Alejandro Gonzalez Iñárritu, who shot the movie “The Revenant.”
According to Variety, Warner Bros. and Legendary Entertainment have released the first teaser for the film. It is called “Digger.”
“Digger: A comedy of catastrophic proportions. In theaters October 2026,” the description says.
The shooting reportedly lasted six months in Britain. The director co-wrote the script with Nicholas Jacobone, Alexander Dinelaris, and Sabina Berman. Tom Cruise not only stars in the film but also acts as a producer.
