The Taliban have arrested young people who have become stylish and popular
The Taliban have arrested four young Afghan men for wearing Peaky Blinders-style clothing.
The men tried to explain that the show inspired them. However, they were accused of “promoting a foreign culture.”
The Taliban have declared such behavior incompatible with Islamic values and Afghan culture and have arrested them.
“We saved this country from the spread of a corrupt culture at great cost, and now we will protect it,” said Taliban spokesman Khyber.
As a result, the fashionable men were forced to apologize on national television. The morality police said the arrested individuals were remorseful.
