New "super-Earth" discovered

Scientists have discovered a new planet, GJ 251c, just 18 light-years away in the constellation Gemini. It orbits a small but stable red dwarf and is considered a super-Earth, with about 4 times our planet's mass.

GJ 251c is located in the habitable zone of its star, where temperatures could support liquid water, a crucial condition for life.
