If you thought you’d seen the most unusual planet yet, you haven’t heard of TOI-4507 b. This amazing world, located about 578 light-years from Earth, literally breaks all the known rules about how planets behave.
First, it orbits a very young star. It’s nine times wider than Earth, but its mass is only 30 times that of Earth, which means it’s about the same size as giant Jupiter, but 10 times lighter. This incredible combination makes it a “super-inflated” planet.
