The artist explained that doctors advised her to cancel the performance due to significant tension in her vocal cords.
Gaga wrote on her Instagram that she felt a lot of tension during vocal rehearsals this morning. Her vocal coach and doctors advised her not to take risks to avoid long-term or even irreversible damage.
The artist emphasized that she always sings live, so the health of her voice is her top priority. She promised that the Miami concert would take place later and also assured that she was doing everything possible to avoid similar situations in the future.
Earlier, it was reported that Lady Gaga made world music history by gathering a record 2.1 million spectators at a free concert in Rio de Janeiro.
