Wildberries has hired hundreds of workers from North Korea

Elektrostal is hiring hundreds of North Korean citizens to work at the Wildberries warehouse.

According to unofficial data, 180 people, primarily young women, have started working since April 14. A video circulating on the Internet shows long lines of women in purple uniforms going for training in a large warehouse area.

"At two facilities in the Moscow region, opportunities are also provided for employees from the EAEU countries. The mandatory condition is work permits and official confirmation of the right to stay in Russia by the relevant authorities," the marketplace's press service explained.

Foreign specialists have settled in Wildberries' buildings, and separate rows have been allocated for them in the cafeteria.

Wildberries is working in a test mode with a recruitment agency to attract workers from different countries.
