Syrup Ingredients:
- 1 cup of honey
- 1/2 cup of water
- Cocktail ingredients
- 340 grams of whiskey or brandy
- 170 grams of fresh lemon juice
- Cinnamon and ginger
- 226 grams of carbonated water
- 113 grams of cold champagne
- Ice, preferably with large cubes
- Pineapple slices for decoration
Syrup:
Heat the sugar and water in a small saucepan over low heat and stir until a thick syrup is obtained. Remove from the heat, let cool, and freeze in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
Cocktail: Combine the syrup, whiskey or brandy, lemon juice, cinnamon, ginger, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours. Stir in sparkling water and champagne, add ice, and garnish with pineapple.
